2-component Intermediate Locking Ring: joins your products together
2-component Intermediate Locking Ring

More and more paints and lacquers consist of 2 or more components and it is essential that all components arrive at the end user simultaneously and in the correct proportions. We developed the Hildering 2-component Intermediate Locking Ring for this purpose. An easily assembled plastic ring that fastens any conventional tin containers together. The locking ring clicks onto the end of both tins. When locking them together you can choose to place the hardener packaging on top of the A-component, or underneath it. Both components can now be mixed in a dust free, airtight environment, without using your hands. All in all, an extremely user friendly solution to mix filling products effectively and efficiently.

Ø 99 mm

  • From 250 ml up to 1,5 litre
  • Closure by metal lid or plastic cap
  • For tin containers with cap closing UN certification is available. Closure with plastic cap
  • Tin containers with lid and RL or TT closing can be Protact® protected
  • Printing: digitally for 500 ml and 1 litre (with lid as well as cap), or offset
  • Internal coating possible
  • Plastic locking ring available in several colours (standard white and gold)

Ø 108 mm

  • From 375 ml up to 1,5 litre
  • Closing by lid or plastic cap
  • UN certification is available for tin containers with cap closing. Closing with plastic cap
  • Tin containers with lid and RL or TT closing can be Protact® protected
  • Tin containers with screwtop are closed with plastic cap
  • Printing: digitally with 500 ml and 1 litre (with lid as well as cap), or offset

Ø 165 mm

  • vanaf 1,5 liter t/m 5 litre
  • Locks cylindrical and conical tin containers together!
  • For conical tin containers lid/intermediate ring closing and UN certification
  • Cylindrical tin containers with TT closing
  • Printing: digitally with 500 ml and 1 litre (with lid as well as cap), or offset

Range

The ingenious 2-component Intermediate Locking Ring can be used for many different sizes and in a wide range of proportions. There are locking rings for a diameter 99 mm (tin containers from 250 ml up to 1.2 litre), 108 mm (tin containers from 375 ml up to 1.5 litre) and 165 mm (tin containers from 1.69 litre up to 5 litre). A new ring is in development for 73 mm diameter. Hildering Industrial Packaging is able to offer you a wide range of 2-component packaging combinations. The plastic locking ring is available in any colour.
